Fortress Sheep

Since 2008 FORTRESS runs 1.300 Ewes (Dohne & S A Mutton Merinos) on 76ha grass/clover irrigated pastures and produces WEANER LAMBS. The lambs are sold at 4 months to Feedlots at an average weight of 35kg each.

Wool shearing takes place every 8 months, approximately 5 weeks before lambing.
