National Interbreed Carcass Competitions in Kroonstad, Parys and Vrede.

To show their commitment towards best possible meat quality FORTRESS tests itself regularly in Carcass competitions sponsored by the South African Red Meat Industry. Fortress has always been placed as winners or among the top 3 in all carcass competitions they have participated in so far.
